This is the first portrait using the Unisons. Larry is a fellow portrait artist who creates unique color portraits using Prismacolors. I snatched a small blurry photo off of his Facebook page for the reference.

I really enjoy the challenge of capturing the likeness of the model, the essence of their expression, and all of the nuances that makes them unique.
Most of the portraits on my blog are drawn during a 3 hour model sitting at the Literary Cafe in Tremont, Ohio. Anyone can sign up to be drawn by several artists who come in on Friday night.
